Established in 1991, Hill Clements is a traditional independent estate agency partnership situated in picturesque Quarry Street, just off the historic cobbled High Street and close to the Castle, in Guildford Town Centre.

We specialise in the sale of individual properties in and around the Guildford area, by using modern marketing techniques, backed up by unrivalled local knowledge. Run by two hands-on partners, John Hill and Scott Wishart, ably assisted by Richard Howell, Angela Kingswood and Carol Maher, our aim is to provide a professional service to both clients and purchasers alike.
